Hi children,
Last Tuesday we spent our Natural Science lesson making a mind map about our family. So today we are going to take our English class time to talk about plants.
Do you remember what plants need to live and grow?
Water 馃導, sunlight 馃尀, soil  and air 馃尙
Today we are going to focus on the parts of a plant. Do you remember Dr. Binocs? He is going to help us learn the parts of a plant and their functions.







Thanks, Dr. Binocs! I didn't realize that Plants are so similar to us!馃槈
Time to work! Take your book, open it on page 52 and read the text slowly.  Try to pronounce each word carefully. Then with this information, complete the activities on pages 52 and 53.





To finish, you are going to choose one plant of your house ( inside or outside). When you decide what plant you have chosen, draw it, colour it and write the parts of your plant.
First, watch this example:



Now if you want, take your paper, pencil, rubber, crayons and put the video on again to listen to the music or choose another relaxing song and draw a beautiful picture of your plant and name its parts.

Crops  are plants grown by farmers and wild plants are plants that grow in a natural state, without humans' help and not cultivated. Good morning children! Today we are going to review what we have learnt about air and water. Do you remember what is wind? Could you say the three states of water? And where you can find fresh water and salt water? Let's start answering these questions? Now you can answer the questions orally.
